Integrity is Our Foundation

Integrity Sport Services began in 2015 with a simple idea rooted in family, experience, and purpose. Founded by Jeff and Pam Harrison, alongside their sons Ty and Ryan, the company was built as a way for our family to create something meaningful together, something that served the greater good of athletes, schools, and communities.

Jeff spent many years as an Athletic Director, where he saw firsthand the responsibility that comes with protecting student-athletes and managing equipment that programs depend on every day. Pam brought 17 years of experience from the banking industry, contributing a foundation of organization, accountability, and trust. Together, they combined their backgrounds to build a company focused on doing things the right way, with safety, transparency, and service at the center of every decision.

From the beginning, Integrity Sport Services has been more than an equipment provider. We specialize in the reconditioning and recertification of protective athletic equipment, while also supplying both soft and hard athletic goods and offering wraparound services that simplify life for our partners. As a family-owned business, every helmet, every order, and every relationship matters because we understand that behind every piece of

equipment is an athlete, a program, and a community that deserves our very best.

Integrity Sports Services specializes in the reconditioning, recertification, and cleaning of athletic equipment. Our helmet reconditioning and equipment care processes are performed with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring every item meets the highest standards of safety and performance. We recognize that each helmet and piece of equipment represents more than gear, it represents athlete safety, competitive performance, and program pride.

At Integrity Sports Services, we do more than recondition equipment. We help protect athletes, extend the life of essential gear, and support programs through comprehensive services, including uniform laundry. Our mission is simple: deliver trusted service that reinforces safety, reliability, and respect for the game.

NOCSAE, the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment, is the leading authority that sets safety and performance standards for sports gear. Their certification ensures helmets and protective equipment are engineered and tested to reduce the risk of concussions and other serious injuries. Products that meet NOCSAE standards have undergone advanced impact testing and quality evaluations, giving athletes, parents, and coaches confidence that the equipment provides reliable protection on the field.

NAERA, the National Equipment Reconditioning Association, is the governing body that establishes professional standards for reconditioning athletic equipment. NERA certified facilities follow strict procedures for inspection, repair, sanitation, painting, and performance testing. The goal is to ensure helmets and protective gear are restored to a safe, reliable condition that meets recognized industry requirements. When an item is reconditioned by a NERA certified provider, athletes, parents, and coaches gain confidence that the equipment has been handled by trained professionals committed to safety and quality.
